EXCHANGE /REFUND / RETURN Policy

At DRIX, we have user friendly policy for our significant customers. Please read the following terms & conditions before making a purchase.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation should be done within 24 hours of placing the order. To cancel your order, email us at support@drix.in .

EXCHANGE / RETURN POLICY

You can exchange the product for a different size, or style. In case any product that you have ordered is not received in good condition or is defective / damaged. For the process of return or exchange, the product should be unused and in the same condition as you received it and in its original packaging along with original tags. The exchange is valid within 2 days from the date on which these goods were delivered. Please make sure to make a video while unpacking the product. You need to share that with us.

Only products which are unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all its labels and tags completely intact, in original packaging are eligible for exchange.

If the product needs to go for size exchange, please mail us at support@drix.in within 48 hours from the date of delivery of the parcel. Once your email gets notified by us. Reverse pickup will be done.

Note: The cost of return shipping is to be made by the customer and is non-refundable. Except in case of damaged or wrong product recieved. Once we will receive the product then the refund will be initiated

You can report the product within 2 days from the date of delivery.
While returning the product, please mention your name, address, number, email, and order id on the parcel along with the size needed.
When the desired size of the product is not in stock, we issue a credit note for our customers with a validity of 30 days (from the date of receipt of store credit), is provided to our customer.

In case of Damaged/Wrong delivery: If the merchandise is damaged or an incorrect item has been sent by mistake, you can write to us at support@drix.in or contact us at +91 96965 71462 within 48 hours from the date of delivery of the parcel. Then, you can send the product back to us with your order number. When we will receive the damaged product, we will send you a fresh piece .
Return/Exchange of International Orders - Please note that we don't accept Return and exchange of international orders. All import duties to customer country will be paid by customer only.
