Exchange/Return/Refund policy
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation should be done within 24 hours of placing the order. To cancel your order, email us at support@drix.in .
EXCHANGE / RETURN POLICY
You can exchange the product for a different size, or style. In case any product that you have ordered is not received in good condition or is defective / damaged. For the process of return or exchange, the product should be unused and in the same condition as you received it and in its original packaging along with original tags. The exchange is valid within 2 days from the date on which these goods were delivered. Please make sure to make a video while unpacking the product. You need to share that with us.
Only products which are unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all its labels and tags completely intact, in original packaging are eligible for exchange.
If the product needs to go for size exchange, please mail us at support@drix.in within 48 hours from the date of delivery of the parcel. Once your email gets notified by us. Reverse pickup will be done.
Note: The cost of return shipping is to be made by the customer and is non-refundable. Except in case of damaged or wrong product recieved. Once we will receive the product then the refund will be initiated

You can report the product within 2 days from the date of delivery.
While returning the product, please mention your name, address, number, email, and order id on the parcel along with the size needed.
When the desired size of the product is not in stock, we issue a credit note for our customers with a validity of 30 days (from the date of receipt of store credit), is provided to our customer.
In case of Damaged/Wrong delivery: If the merchandise is damaged or an incorrect item has been sent by mistake, you can write to us at support@drix.in or contact us at +91 96965 71462 within 48 hours from the date of delivery of the parcel. Then, you can send the product back to us with your order number. When we will receive the damaged product, we will send you a fresh piece .
Return/Exchange of International Orders - Please note that we don't accept Return and exchange of international orders. All import duties to customer country will be paid by customer only.
Shipping
DRIX offers FREE shipping on every domestic order except some remote locations where some special arrangement is required to ship the products within India, the actual shipping charge by the courier company will be charged.
We request all customers to check the package for any damage or tamper before receiving or signing for receipt. do not accept deliveries where the box or packaging has been tampered with or if the box seems empty.
After your product(s) has been successfully placed, booked and packaged, it will be shipped within 7 to 8 working days. The expected time frame for the delivery of the booked products to the shipping address is between 3-5 business days.
After placing the order , Customer can change the shipping address only before the product is shipped. If Customer wishes to change the shipping address, he / she should contact customer support team , before the shipping confirmation mail has been received. Once the shipping confirmation mail has been sent to the Customer, no requests to change shipping address will be taken.
The recipients receiving the delivery must open the package and check its contents prior to accepting the delivery or signing the delivery receipt.
If the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, the courier company shall try and deliver the item thrice before returning the same All costs for re-shipment and handling in the case of non-delivery to the Customer shall be chargeable to the Customer.
Delivery guarantee is subject to terms and conditions of the courier company. Any inconsistency in name or address will result in non delivery of the product.
Cash on Delivery Policy
Cash on delivery (COD) payment method is a popular payment option for many customers. However, in some cases, due to a variety of factors, we may disapprove the COD payment method for certain customers. Below is our policy regarding the disapproval of COD payment method:
Delivery Location: We will disapprove the COD payment method for customers based on their location. If we are unable to provide COD service in a particular area, we will inform the customer at the time of placing the order.
Customer Transaction History: We may disapprove the COD payment method for customers based on their past transaction history. e.g. If a customer has a history of non paymant of COD orders, if a customer has a history of returning COD orders frequently.
Other Factors: We reserve the right to disapprove the COD payment method for any other reason that is appropriate, such as suspected fraud or any other suspicious activity.
Please note that the decision to disapprove the COD payment method for any customer is solely at our discretion. If we disapprove the COD payment method for a customer, we will inform the customer at the time of placing the order and provide alternative payment options.
